He has had great success with Java, a coffee originally from the Island of Java in Indonesia.  This varietal grows exceptionally well in Nicaragua due to the rich soil and Jorge's impressive farming techniques. This Java maintains its original Indonesian DNA but it has a Nicaraguan twist that is sure to delight your taste buds.
