At Think Coffee, we take pride in the quality of our beans and want you to be fully satisfied with your brew. If your order isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day window for returns on equipment and a satisfaction guarantee on our roasted coffee.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our roasting team with your order number and the reason for your request to initiate the return process.
- 2.Prepare Your Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging; for coffee beans, please ensure the bag is resealed or taped shut.
- 3.Ship It Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
- 4.Receive Refund
Once we receive and inspect your items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
